Trowel Grade™

Trowel Grade™ is a modified elastomeric asphalt emulsion specifically formulated product where a watertight seal is required. It is suitable for use with building fixtures, pipes, walls and roofs. Trowel Grade™ is a single component product that may be cold applied be applied by brush or squeegee. The technology employed in Trowel Grade™ provides a solvent-free, quick setting coating that yield a membrane with excellent strength, elasticity and adhesion.

Trowel Grade™ is used in conjunction with protective coatings to seal fixture, cracks, roof penetrations, pipe pass through etc. to prevent water, air leaks and corrosion damage. The high viscosity of Trowel Grade™ allows it to be used to fill crevices or to coat vertical surfaces.

Being an environmentally friendly product Trowel Grade™ can be applied indoors and outdoors with no special protective equipment.
